Terms of Service
We are located at 10 Admiralty Street, #03-27, Northlink Building, Singapore 757695. Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 12pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
After the project is confirmed, we will make arrangements for onsite measurement. After taking the measurements, we will require a 50% deposit before the factory starts the fabrication process. Please indicate your invoice number when you do the transfer. Changes are allowed before the fabrication process. Once the production starts, we require -/+ 10 working days for processing and completion. Our administration officer will then arrange a schedule for you for the installation date and timing.The remaining 50% must be paid for upon delivery and installation.
We accept cash and bank transfers and will issue an invoice upon successful payment..
We do not offer any warranty for our gates. We are, however, pleased to help you if you have any questions about the products after installation.
